Payments

Coaches, payments are due at minimum 30 days prior to the event. If you have not paid, we will remove you and add a team from waiting list.  Also, we do not refund entries once teams have paid. If you choose not to play prior to schedule being released and we can replace you, we will hold a credit for a future event in the same season only. If you drop once schedule is released, we will not refund or hold credit you forfeit the payment.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:

No games 100% - One Game 75% Two Games 50% Three or more 0%

Started game that play two or more innings will be considered a game.

Fans enter at their own risk into the park. Wristbands are not refunded once entered.
